After spending the first decade of my career in restaurants, I've spent the past decade as a traveling personal chef for professional athletes, touring musicians and other pubic figures, in addition to doing private parties and large scale catering. Outstanding experience with Chef Tim! He was enthusiastic about the event and highly responsive. Tim was welcoming of ideas / feedback about the menu and did a great job navigating some food allergies. The food was exceptional and made with high quality, fresh ingredients. From the very first conversation to walking out our door, Chef Tim was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was second to none. Chef Tim worked with me to create a menu that pleased every single person we hosted. We couldn’t even pick our favorite because we loved every single tapas. Chef Tim was absolutely amazing. He catered the menu to what I wanted, was flexible, personable, professional, and most of all, every one of his dishes far exceeded expectations. Chef Tim responded promptly and helped me out last minute for my husbands private bday dinner with friends after our other arrangements with someone else fell through. He created a great menu and was flexible when we had to make a couple changes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are all entirely custom, so they can easily be tailored to fit most any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know my client and find out what it is they're looking for and what kind of budget they have to work with. I then create customized menus to fit their needs and make alterations as needed. Once the menu and services are agreed upon, I send the customer a catering contract and charge a deposit if applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the 15+ years I spent in restaurants and catering companies, I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, where I graduated with Honors in 2006. I have also furthered my education at the Culinary Institute of America with auxiliary baking and pastry courses.
