Also, as the owner, you start with me. I will come out to your property free of charge and provide you with an extremely thorough inspection of your current drainage system (interior and/or exterior). Next, in order to avoid any possible high pressure sales tactics, I will provide you with an extremely detailed diagnosis, along with the available options, and associated pricing, to permanently solve those issues within 24-48 hours. Setting my company apart from our high volume/quick turnaround competitors, If you decide to proceed with my company, we will treat your home as if it was our own, which includes very meticulous jobsite preparation, such as spending a day taping off our work areas to prevent cross-contamination into non-work areas of your home, maintaining an organized and, most importantly, clean area of work. During interior jobs, this includes running two commercial HEPA air scrubbers, two portable 4HP dust collectors, commercial ozone air purifiers and implement industry leading vacuum attachments to our tools ensuring that harmful airborne contaminants do not affect the health or safety of yourself, your family, including pets! Notably, I will be on site working right next to my crew the entire duration of the job to ensure that the high standards our customers expect are met every step of the way, no exceptions! Remember, there is ZERO margin for error when installing/replacing/repairing drainage systems! Then, you end with me, while myself, and my crew, restore your house to the pre-work condition, including cleaning, unlike our competitors who leave an overwhelming disaster for the customer to contend with for weeks after the job is completed!
