- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free consultations via phone, video conference (Skype, Google Hangouts), email, or in person meetings at one of our three convenient locations in Independence, Alliance, or Mansfield Ohio offices. We can also come to your place of business. Our fees are reasonable and customized based on your needs.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified public accountants registered with the State of Ohio Accountancy Board. We must meet certain requirements each year for continuing education which means we stay up to date on the latest tax and accounting developments. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to save you money and time. We are also certified in QuickBooks and are proficient in other accounting software and we offer training and customized packages tailored to you to ensure you get the help you need, when you need it, and delivered as convenient as possible.
