DLS Door Service has been by far one of the best costumer service experiences I have received since moving to Cleveland two years ago. They showed up 5 minutes before the appointment, and was extremely professional. It only took him about 1hr to instal the brand new garage door opener, and they also synced my old remotes to the new system. They gave me the best price for the unit and installation, which included a warranty from both the company and the manufacture. Also, they were extremely accommodating to my schedule, and made sure that I was able to get my system installed the same week that I had requested the service.
