- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates! Full scope of the work is included in the formal estimate at presentation on site or via email. Each estimate will have an Approve button and signature block for the approving authority, followed by a deposit - cash, check, credit card and Zelle are all approved payment methods. We can't wait to meet you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductory call ahead of first meeting for the Estimation process. We do everything on site, on time and as professionally as possible. We will walk the full scope of the job with the home owner/project manager, we then conduct our Estimate and notify you once complete while still on site. We will either present to you on the spot, or present next day if we need to research any "replacement" materials for repairs to the surfaces that are needed prior to painting. We are as thorough as possible and everything is documented in writing - we value your time and our professional approach is a reflection of your home, project or commercial property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trade professionals are full-time painters with a wealth of knowledge/experience in the industry. The owner of 360 Painting of Independence has personally vetted every trade professional who will be completing the work at your property. We firmly stand behind our work and upmost professionalism. Trust is earned and we aim to not only impress you, but also motivate you to recommend us to your family and friends!
