My carpets are white and I have 2 dogs. There were multiple stains. The cleaners were thorough not only with the cleaning, but also with explaining everything. My carpets look fantastic now! This is by far the best carpet cleaners I have used. Well worth the money.

Spot Off cleaned two rooms and one set of stairs. They were prompt and courteous and the carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations. With the living room in my son's college apartment, I feared the carpet was ruined by the stains that built up during the year. Spot Off made the carpet look almost new. I was amazed. I had price-shopped a bit. Spot Off wasn't the cheapest but I'm glad I spent the extra $25.
