- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all inclusive care. That means that there are no additional fees for “extras” such as medication administration, bringing in mail or other typical daily chores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call or email contact, if the potential clients and we feel like we will be a good fit for their needs, we schedule a meet & greet where we meet the clients and the pets. This gives everyone an opportunity to get to know each other and how we can provide the best care possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always updating our skills and learning. We have monthly training classes and frequently attend seminars.
