What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not price a project solely on square footage. We have a lot of customization options and add ons. We also have to complete a moisture test and hardness test to ensure a moisture barrier isn’t needed or extra grinding is required. Our pricing is based on scope of work. We have to see the project with our eyes first before quoting a price! There are too many variables with our systems!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultations with our Certified Design Specialist. This allows us to see the space and provide an accurate scope of work and price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
3G started in the coating business to provide a durable flooring option to our previous clients.
