We recently had Roofing Specialists of Ohio come out to inspect our roof after the storms in the Glen Ross area of Delaware. They responded the same day we called and quickly installed tarps where we had missing shingles to prevent further damage.From start to finish, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through the insurance claim process and even met with our insurance company to ensure everything was properly documented. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to get a full roof replacement approved through our insurance.The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Had some hail damage done on March 22nd or 23rd. Jordan stopped by to give an assessment of any damage. Well, there was damage and Jordan walked me through the process of what was needed for insurance. The adjuster came out, worked with Jordan, and got approved in the spot. Plus our gutter, too. Jordan explained in easy to understand terms of what happens, type of roof, shingles, the whole thing. Plus, he is very knowledgeable of the roofing business. Ivy called and scheduled our time for the roof to be replaced. Unfortunately, rain delayed it by a day. No big deal. The crew was here around 7 am, and we're done around 11 am. The crew was friendly. Took no time to clean up the mess and did not find a single nail around my home. Jordan's boss, Ricky stopped by to see what was going on and had a great conversation. This company is professional and personable at the same time. Would recommend them to any homeowner that is in need of a new roof.

It was an absolute wonderful experience working with Jordan. From our initial meeting, Jordan displayed a great understanding of the roofing business (which I did not). Jordan did a very thorough inspection of both my roof and attic of which he took multiple pictures. Jordan provided a thorough and detailed explanation that was easy for me to understand. He walked me through every step of the process as he described my options.Jordan was always just a phone call or text away and responded in a timely manner to address my questions and or concerns that I may have had. He has a GREAT understanding of the roofing business. He was always patient, professional, knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured in making a decision.On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time and went right to work. After the installation, I observed the crew being very deliberate in assuring all materials, debris, nails, etc. were cleaned up.Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would highly recommend Jordan and Roofing Specialists Of Ohio to anyone in need of a roof inspection or roof replacement.
