Introduction
First things first: I believe in working in the smartest way possible to achieve optimal results. I approach coaching in a logical and holistic manner that gets results while keeping you healthy, injury free and balanced. I believe a healthy and balanced individual is a strong person able to set and consistently work towards tough, long-term goals.
I work both locally and remotely and am able to design packages to meet your specific needs and budget. Long-term success is the goal, so I aim to make my programs as sustainable for you as possible.
Personally, I have been racing triathlon and coaching for over five years and my passion grows for fitness every year. I have two Ironmans under my belt and am working on getting to Kona in 2015. It's my one big, hairy, audacious goal for right now.
