- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ah, pricing. It's everyone's favorite subject, right? Pricing is truly set by each individual's unique situation. Variables that determine the cost for each individual's situation include height of the building, pitch of the roof (is it walkable or not walkable), severity of clog, when the gutters were last cleaned and other concerns that I verify from each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly I qualify each customer to verify I truly can help them. Secondly I ask a series of determining questions to confirm their unique situation. Thirdly I ask and offer a quote for services. Fourthly I follow up and upon an agreement, determine the best date and time for my customer to be serviced.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work by the great experience of working with a roofing crew from the Holmes County area for 3 1/2 years.
