The event happened in my basement. The DJ lights were all that was needed, no house lights were needed to see. The decibel level of the music was perfect. It was loud enough in the basement, but not disturbing to individuals in the kitchen one floor above. We learned not to use steamed fog, it set off the fire alarms. The guests loved the ability to request songs over the wifi. Over all it was a great night of dancing and karaoke, and the guests did not want it to end, but I only scheduled 4 hours, 8-midnight. It only took them 45 minutes to set up and tear down, which included going down and up one flight of stairs. They were in and out, causing no damage, while being very respectful to our home.Oct 12, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer several packages based on the type of event the customer is hosting. All of our pricing is available on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we agree on the pricing and event details we will move in to our "Planning" stage, We send every event a digitally signed event agreement and either invoice or meet to receive the deposit for the event. Once we receive the deposit the customer receives access to our online planning system to start planning there event and music lists.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our Co-owner/DJ Tom has almost completed his associates degree in computer networking and has been working with sound equipment since his early teens. Our Other Co-Owner/DJ Brandan has been working on sound equipment even longer. He has installed numerous Car stereo systems and even build his own speaker boxes and tuned amps.
