- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard of fee of $1,900.00 for three months of service that include: The Safe Zone Lifestyle Improvement Manual; guidance and support with the manual; up to three, 30 minute, scheduled, coaching/consulting sessions by phone, every five business days; up to five unscheduled phone calls for up to 15 minutes, every five business days; unlimited text messages and emails on business days. Services delivered on weekends, holidays, or in person are extra. Fees for travel or other expenses will be added to the standard price. All fees are due before any services are rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is client centered and the process is driven by the client. I will support the client as goals are identified, strategies created and milestones are celebrated
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Nurse with a background in mental health. I am an entrepreneur who is fluent in creating, growing and selling successful businesses, before and after the age of forty. I am a Certified Coach. I have been trained in client focused interviewing and goal setting techniques. I am also the self published co-author of The Safe Zone Lifestyle Improvement Manual, which is a self discovery and stress management workbook.
