I contacted Dan Ryan, owner of Waste One Removal, LLC, to dispose of some blocks of concrete sidewalk. His Thumbtack recommendations from those he had worked for before were universally positive, a rarity on sites that publish evaluations of service providers. My experience with Dan mirrored that of his other satisfied customers. He contacted me within two hours of my Thumbtack inquiry, quoted a fair price, and arranged a mutually convenient date to complete the work. He showed up right on time, worked tirelessly from the time he arrived until he completed the job, and left the site clean and free of even the smallest pieces of broken concrete. He's a positive and personable professional and one I will call first should I need his services again.

Dan did a demo of our 26 x 32 living / family room area including removing drywall, horrible insulation, stud walls, closets and ceilings. It was a fairly big area with a brick fireplace and a floor that needed removed too. He worked efficiently and kept the rest of the house clean. I am super happy with his work and wish all of my remodeling experiences were this professional and timely. Dan is also a really nice guy, and it was a fun experience. My only wish....that he would clone himself, learn carpentry and electrical and do our entire remodel!! He was on time....every time!! Unheard of!!!!! Wish I could post pictures, it is impressively destroyed, ready to be rebuilt.

Waste One Solutions removed some old furniture, yard stuff and other odds and ends. Dan gave me a great price and removed everything quickly taking care not to damage my wood floors. I have used other services and they are by far the best.

We remove material by the cubic ft. We charge by the cubic ft. Additional labor prices may apply for light demolition labor. Please contact us for a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out, walk through the entire junk removal or demolition process and provide them with a free estimate. It is that simple. You will know exactly how job is going to be handled from the minute we show up.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have handled removal jobs for commercial companies such as LabCorp and Superior Properties to the average homeowner. We also work with a good number of landlords and property owners. They majority of our business comes from homeowners looking to get rid of a problem.
