I contacted Dan Ryan, owner of Waste One Removal, LLC, to dispose of some blocks of concrete sidewalk. His Thumbtack recommendations from those he had worked for before were universally positive, a rarity on sites that publish evaluations of service providers. My experience with Dan mirrored that of his other satisfied customers. He contacted me within two hours of my Thumbtack inquiry, quoted a fair price, and arranged a mutually convenient date to complete the work. He showed up right on time, worked tirelessly from the time he arrived until he completed the job, and left the site clean and free of even the smallest pieces of broken concrete. He's a positive and personable professional and one I will call first should I need his services again.

My garage was a mess; disorganized and cluttered with trash. Because of my handicaps, I wasn't able to clean and organize on my own. I tried Thumbtack and Dan responded. Even though my job wasn't exactly what Dan does, he accepted the project.
Dan arrived right on time and tore into the job. Trash went to the dumpster, junk to the dump, and reusable things went to the Salvation Army (Dan dropped them off as part of the job.), and a few items went home with Dan for his wife who loves to refinish old furniture.
Dan is professional, personable, and a hard worker. I truly enjoyed having him work for me. I have recommended him to several friends as well.

Dan cleaned out a whole house for me in Lorain. He came out on a Sunday to give an estimate and did the clean out the following Sat..........what a job. Swept and removed everything I asked...Well worth the $$$ X2!!!

Waste One Solutions removed some old furniture, yard stuff and other odds and ends. Dan gave me a great price and removed everything quickly taking care not to damage my wood floors. I have used other services and they are by far the best.

We remove material by the cubic ft. We charge by the cubic ft. Additional labor prices may apply for light demolition labor. Please contact us for a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out, walk through the entire junk removal or demolition process and provide them with a free estimate. It is that simple. You will know exactly how job is going to be handled from the minute we show up.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have handled removal jobs for commercial companies such as LabCorp and Superior Properties to the average homeowner. We also work with a good number of landlords and property owners. They majority of our business comes from homeowners looking to get rid of a problem.
