FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I quote, it is an all inclusive price. This means that you can make changes, call, text, email, and whatever, and the pricing is the same. Mileage is always included as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As stated in my profile, I spend a great deal of time with the initial meeting. This is where we get to know one another. As you read through my reviews on Thumbtack and WeddingWire, Facebook and my own website, you will get how that connection makes a difference. I take apart the nuptials so you truly understand how I tie in the first time you met with letting your family and friends know how much you appreciate their presence. But the best of that is how I acknowledge that they have come sometimes a great distant to be at your wedding because of the love they have for you. Powerful is when I say to you and your guests to remember this moment in time. Tissue Time. I send a draft after our first phone call so we will have that for our first meeting to use as an outline. I require a $50 deposit after the initial meeting or when you say I am to be your Officiant. This is deducted from the amount due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While it has been a while since college, keeping up with trends by following articles, web sites and talking to newly weds and those that have been developing their own wedding needs is intense. Media, photography, social and economic changes means that the weddings of just a few years ago are vastly different compared to today. The movement from having religious affiliations and moving to non-religious ceremonies is just one case in point. While this may sound silly, good old Pinterest is a daily read. My picks for wedding dresses get saved every week. So I feel I am keeping up to date.
