- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three levels of service. 1. Consultation/one aspect planning - I'd work as a sounding board. Connect you to rental companies but I would not reserve anything for you. 2. The "other" bridesmaid - this is basically the first package but more in-depth. I would help make products with you, assist with color scheme and decorating. I would be an additional helper. 3. Wedding Fairy - you would not lift a finger. I would consult you on what your vision is but I would make or rent all items on your behalf and pull together a one of a kind event. This package is for those who don't want the stress of a wedding. I would be there on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly and all of your vendors were on time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I start with a consultation. Either by phone or email. It is then when we determine budget and what my duties will be. After that it depends on the service you choose. You can hire me for one aspect of your wedding or all aspects. I do work with payment plans up until the wedding. So if your wedding is a year away, you have 12 months to deliver the payment. I understand that weddings are expensive but I promise to get you the absolute best deals.
