- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give a customer what I call a referral credit. What this is basically if I get the job and you refer me to a family or friend and I get a job from them I’ll give you cash for the referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me we’ll talk and pick out a time to schedule a quote. I’ll come meet the customer see the project their wanting done and later on that evening I’ll e-mail the quote to them. If we agree upon the price we’ll set up a time to get the project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 7yr apprenticeship in the painters union. They teach you how to hang drywall, repair drywall, pressure washing,hang and remove wallpaper, Working with different types of paint spraying such as airless and electrostatic, Different types of specialized finishes such as Faux finish. Of course how to brush and roll on paint.
