Bob refurbished my old wood 1 car garage. He had good suggestions about what needed to be done. He replaced rotted wood and used 2x4s on the inside to brace the structure. I was very pleased with his work and would hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On medium to larger project a deposit is required. While I may not be the cheapest out there I have years of experience and can help with design, trouble shooting, etc to make your project just the way you like it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet at their home, review all aspects of the project, go over the scope of work. Determine budget and quality parameters. It will take about a week to prepare an estimate. Once the estimate is delivered we will review the costs, answer any questions and then hopefully proceed with the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides years of practical experience I have 1st Aid/ CPR certifications, Corp of Engineers Quality Control Certification, OSHA 30 Hour Training and Certification. Multiple seminars on subjects such as Mold/ Mold Remediation, Asbestos training, Structural Construction.
