The tile installer did an absolutely terrible job. I contacted them to address the issue and never heard back. I refused to pay and still never heard back

DO NOT HIRE!

Hired them to tile two small bathrooms we did the labor of removing old tile ourselves and had them install 2 new toilets. First of all they didn’t properly grout both rooms it was very spotty then following their work the ceiling below our bathrooms shower water damage. We reached out multiple times to have this resolved and never got a hold of them again. Just spend the correct money on properly trained contractors.
