Mariah Hall Photography did such an amazing job paying attention to details and freezing a moment I never wanted to end! They took pictures not only of the people, but also of all the important little things that could have been over looked. Such as my sister and I wore matching hair pieces of my grandmothers who just passed away before the wedding. They were very patient, went with the flow and sometimes I barely noticed they were there in the craziness of the day! Thank you so much!

Maria did our engagement pictures and wedding photos. Our engagement pictures turned out gorgeous and the wedding pictures we've seen through sneak peeks, are beautiful. Not only were the pictures amazing, Maria is really one of a kind. She took her time with the engagement pictures, made us feel comfortable and was just a genuine, and awesome photographer. Throughout the wedding, she made sure to get all the different types of photos we wanted and took her time so we didn't feel rushed at any point throughout the night. I would 100% recommend Maria for engagement and wedding pictures without a doubt!

Had our engagement pictures taken a few weeks ago, and could not be happier with our choice. Maria met us at the park and instantly made us feel comfortable. She had previously asked for some photo samples of poses we like, and we did those right away; and then she said she was going to take over from there. We just casually walked around schiller park and she would stop us saying that would be a good spot, snap a few pictures and we would continue on our way. Very happy with the process and the pictures!! Definitely recommend Maria to anybody looking for a photographer!!!

My pricing is super super simple and totally fair and completely worth it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat about weddings - EVERYTHING about weddings - but especially photography. I cannot help myself but I get so excited and I think I approach every wedding as though it were my own!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some formal training in both high school and college, but for the most part I am self-taught. I have years of experience ( started in 2001 ) and I have never stopped experimenting with new ideas and the latest trends along the way! I love to watch instructional videos while I'm editing, and I probably learn at least something new every day. My husband is also a professional photographer and we are constantly bouncing ideas off one another, critiquing each other, and so forth. Photography, and especially wedding photography, is a huge part of my life!
