Tatiana provided housekeeping services for my home. She was professional from the onset and her and her team did an amazing job on my home. I am very picky and like things placed back precisely from which they were removed. I was highly impressed with her ability to do just that. She paid excellent attention to detail which is also top priority for me I will be using Superior on a weekly basis.

Tatiana was responsive, punctual, and very communicative. She came and did a walkthrough estimate, and her team arrived as scheduled a few days later on our agreed upon date and time. Unfortunately, her team just did an "okay" job--there were trash bags left in the yard (our cans are obvious, right in the driveway), and the bathroom was still pretty dirty. When I voiced my concern about the outcome vs. what I had paid for, Tatiana was apologetic, but didn't really offer anything other than an "I'll make sure my team does better next time." I'd consider using their services again, but I'd be sure to be there for a complete walkthrough before the team leaves.
