John contacted me quickly and was able to come out within hours of my request and to take a look at a roof leak I was having. He was super thorough and friendly and walked me through what was happening and did a free quote. We were able to schedule the work a few days later and John was again friendly, helpful, informative, and did an incredibly nice job replacing our skylight and roofing around it. All around wonderful and simple experience and would absolutely recommend John and Shingle Minded Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done in the area!

I had Benchmark put a new roof and new siding w/faux stone accent wall on the front of my house. My experience was so positive starting from when David, our Sales Rep. came to provide an estimate for our project. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. The crews were professional and did the best quality work. They worked so hard from morning to night and were always pleasant when we would check on their progress. I also love that Benchmark is a local, family owned business here in Powell. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. We love how our house looks and it exceeded our expectations.
