We reached out to Crawford restoration after suspecting there was a leak in our roof. They did a wonderful job contacting us immediately and coming out to see it that same day. Once they identified the level of damage, due to wind, they worked with us every step of the way For the claim and the repair. Tom was our primary contact. He was highly professional and patient. He explained everything to us and laid out lots of different options. Given that the weather was getting cold, they made sure to prioritize our repair and didn’t hesitate to come and get the work done as soon as it was possible. They were highly professional and gave us a beautiful new roof in a record amount of time. They are a very honest and straightforward company and easy to work with. They also have high value and high-quality products that they use, so we have a wonderful roof and warranty. Hopefully, we don’t have any reason to need someone to replace our roof again, but if we ever need roof work, they will be our first call!
