- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour depending on the project. for TV mountings I charge 50 bucks, and that will go towards advising you on the type of mount to buy. I also source parts, but you pay to get them and I will install and replace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect all the possible information over the phone, if I can diagnose over the phone I will, then we will establish a work site, whether that be at my home office or your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ certified, Network+ certified, Linux+ Certified and Security+ certified. I am working on my CCNA and have been working in the IT field for the last Decade.
