- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, the prices can be different for each job. Not every costumer want the same things done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the customer first. Get a little more info from them. Then I would set up a good time to meet and come out to take a look at the job and see what they would like done. Communication is top priority to guarntee the job to be done the way the customer imagined it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work 7 years. I started off as a helper with a company. The guy I worked with was really good and he loved what he did. He took me under his wings and taught me everything he knew. He also taught me that communication and asking questions will make things go smoothly on a project.
