- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing totally depends on each job. I do give military and eldery discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my clients needs and wants the best i can by providing quotes and giving the best advice I can over the phone or directly in person whatever is best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been professionally trained by wayne dalton and genie installers when I started working with Williams distributing back in 2018. since I've mastered all other garage door and opener systems for servicing but I'm a wayne dalton and genie dealer so I usually only use there stuff unless you request something different or have already bought your own stuff.
