- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we do have a hourly rate after the first hour and that if they need a second drain cleaned we charge $50 dollars and no extra hourly rate on the second drain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know how the process works that we camera to locate the clog and what it is. Then we auger “snake” the drain’s or drain to get the clog and afterwards hydro-jet to clean the walls of the drain to properly prevent future clogs.
