This is the second time I have used Georges Drains. Its a little pricier due to the distance traveled, but it is well worth it because Cameron does a quality job. I had a clogged toilet and sink. He first used a camera to locate / assess the problem then cleared to the main sewer line. The also provided me with products to keep everything run smoothly. Thanks Cameron we appreciate you!!

Our only toilet in the house was clogged. But not in the toilet it was way down in the line somewhere. I called several plumbers and no one could get to it till after the weekend. It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++I would recommend to anybody.

I found my plumber! They were responsive, came out quickly, great at communicating the problem, fixed my issues, gave me a 30 day warranty and I really felt like they cared about us! Clogged drains are stressful!! Call these guys!

Georges Drains came out and cleared my main line last year, and the service was wonderful. They also gave me plenty of preventative tips and advice to help keep the problem from coming back. Recently, I thought I was dealing with the same issue, and they were incredibly helpful once againthis time giving me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself and save a lot of money. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we do have a hourly rate after the first hour and that if they need a second drain cleaned we charge $50 dollars and no extra hourly rate on the second drain.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know how the process works that we camera to locate the clog and what it is. Then we auger “snake” the drain’s or drain to get the clog and afterwards hydro-jet to clean the walls of the drain to properly prevent future clogs.
