- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will keep in touch with them from when they hire me until the event. I help them in any way I can, then give them great service at the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study wine, craft beer and have a great memory of making shots over the years. I can make anything you would like. I graduated from The Cincinnati Bartending School. I wanted to see how my knowledge was and took the coarse. I knew 90% of what they taught. They really asked me why I was there, you know everything.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been bartending for others for 25 years, I though I would take my show on the road and do this for myself.
