Dominique was wonderful. The bartender he assigned initially was in a car accident the morning of our event, so Dominque pivoted in the midnight hour and took care of our event himself. He was personable, professional, and everyone loved him. I would absolutely hire him again.

I had a great experience working with Dominick and his catering company. They did an event for our engagement party. His staff arrived well before the event to set up. They were excellent throughout the event as well as during cleanup. I’d be very happy to work with him again in future events. 10 out of 10 experience!

We hired a waiter, Is, and a bartender. They were both amazing, so pleasant and eager to help with anything. Such a great team. Serving coffee, cake, setting up appetizers and buffet. Keeping dishes cleared, drinks flowing and tables cleared. Ronnie, our Bartender was knowledgeable, professional and everyone one loved him. So personable. Same with Is. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Chef Dominick and his coordinator Sarah were on every detail and followed the plan exactly. The service was the best add to our wedding reception and an incredible value. Highest recommendations!!!!!

Chef Ronnie was top tier, 10/10 experience. He showed up on time , ready to get dinner underway for my wife and my 9 year anniversary. All 4 courses were extremely delicious, and we received enough leftovers for a late night snack. Thanks again
