- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the different meats and side dishes that are requested, also if it is a drop-off or full service event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working out all the details and needs for the event that you are having, like times and location, total head count, all the food and service needs...etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years in the restaurant business (Salsa's Mexican restaurant) in Blue Ash, Ohio. Since I sold to the Cactus Pear about 6 years ago I have been doing and mastering my Barbecue skills! In the past 3 years I have competed in BBQ competitions (KCBS) Kansas City BBQ Society in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan and have won numerous awards!
