I signed my 1 year old lhasa apso Murphy up for training lessons with Off Leash K9. I signed up for the 4 lessons. Murphy was a rambunctious, wild, energetic pup before the lessons. Now he is a well mannered, enjoyable dog. Tim is a great trainer, he explains what he's doing and why. He goes over everything, and makes sure I understand, and am comfortable. It's not just the dogs who are being trained after all. Murphy walks great on a leash beside me, he comes when called every time, he stays put when I place him somewhere. I'm glad I decided on Off Leash K9 training.

I know this was only the first lesson, but holy crap I didn't expect such an amazing result the first day. I can't wait to see the final result. He was very patient with my questions and I can tell already he loves the dogs as much as I do.

so far, only puppy training. She is only 3 months old, so the full obedience training will not occur until mid August. Tim is very gentle, yet firm, and gave us great advice that is already bearing fruit. We went through the training on June 8th and today is June 10th. We could not be happier and so is are beautiful Zula. Thanks Tim!!

We had our first dog training with our 10 week old puppy today! Jeff is a great trainer and very knowledgable. We can't wait for our more intensive training when our puppy gets older!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have owned many businesses and I love dogs. I helped my friend who started off leash k9 training in the very beginning so after I sold my last business I decided that I wanted to go back to teaching and with my love for animals I can put the two together.
What types of customers have you worked with?
confidence and obedience training. behavior modification, and socialization.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ask a lot of questions and interview the trainer just like if you were hiring an employee. you will know from that conversation if you have a connection with the trainer.
