Simply Power Yoga

Introduction: Simply Power Yoga offers classes for all levels of yoga. Power yoga is about stepping out of your comfort zone and letting go of your fears. Classes are both heated and non heated. All the teachers at SPY are well trained. The owner, Heidi Fricke, is a Certified Baptiste Teacher. She has studied with world-renown teachers for the past 9 years. At Simply Power Yoga, we want you to leave behind expectations and come as you are. We have created a space for everyone to lay down their mats and find the practice that resonates within. SPY is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered school (RYS).
