I worked with Steve and his son Justin on many renovations over the past couple of years in Dayton and Cincinnati. I use them on an initial project and it didn't take long to realize these guys were the real deal and were extremely accountable. That initial small apartment renovation turned into several single-family home, full renovations and a great friendship.
I even kidnap them and brought them to New York to do renovations. One of my properties here. Great guys overall and you won't be disappointed working with them
