What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is stated on my website. Company-wide, commercial and real estate
pricing is based on individual needs so a quote is given after details are discussed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me by email, phone, or text, I respond, and together we clarify your needs and book a time. I then send you further information, including a contract. The contract is vital: it outlines the cost and your interests and includes my satisfaction guarantee. It also includes ownership and usage rights specifications we agreed on beforehand.
On the day of your session, I am not very concerned with time. It takes as long as it takes. I have a changing room. We take breaks. We look over the progress and make decisions together. Once we have finished, my work continues. I process and retouch each image. This means your images aren't available immediately. Rush delivery is under 36 hours. You will be notified through your email and given a link to your gallery of finished images.

I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from the Kansas City Art Institue in Kansas City, Missouri
My major was Photography and Film
I have an ongoing love for continuous education. Keeping up with the ever-changing technology.
