Introduction: I am a holistic life & wellness coach certified through IIN in NYC. I have been very successful in teaching people how to unite mind, body and spirit for a successful healthy life style. As a coach I help you to clarify what you really want in life. I can help you figure out the concrete steps you need to take in order to achieve your goals or resolve conflict. Situations that might seem hopeless when faced alone may feel entirely different once you have a coach inspiring you to find your options. Coaching will challenge you to stay accountable to your dreams, moving forward with action. I am also a Reiki 2 practitioner. As a Reiki practitioner, I am able to act as a channel for the energy to enter the body, mind and spirit. This energy always works in your highest good and is not directed by me but by the energy itself. Reiki can be used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain and blockages. In addition to my other qualifications I am a Kundalini yoga teacher, certified through the KRI in Santa Cruz, NM. I customize the pricing based on what the clients needs are and the amount of time they request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation before working with a new client. I like to be certain that it is a good fit for both myself and the client. I want it to be the most beneficial relationship for the client as possible in order for them to get the best results. Once it is determined to be a good fit, I start with listening to the client to find out what their needs and concerns are and start from the basics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified holistic coach through IIN in NYC. I am also a certified Kundalini yoga teacher through the KRI in Santa Cruz, NM. In addition to this I am certified as a Reiki 2 practitioner. My training and education qualifies me to work in the area of mind, body and spirit. I am trained to look at the whole person not just the specific issue the person is experiencing.
