Doychin Karshovski has been wonderful trainer. He is training me and my friend. I plan to have him as my sons swim coach.

What I like about personal training with Doychin is that he quickly is able to assess your personal fitness level and design a workout that challenges you to meet your personal fitness goals (overall strength, aerobic conditioning, core vs. arms vs. legs,....)! He also challenges you to push yourself during each workout, but more importantly, monitors you in such a way not to push you above any unhealthy limit!

I have been working with Doych for almost two years. We meet twice a week....and I add my own fitness program on the days I am not training, with him. My fitness has improved tremendously, since we began. He has taught me to be disciplined and passionate about my training. Doych's fitness knowledge is limitless - which is why he is such an excellent trainer. He is always instructing, and expecting the best from his clients. Always finding new ways to get something done.. Doych is a true professional. He has always been punctual. Very positive attitude.

Doychin is a very good trainer and I have always enjoyed working with him. He is great at helping you set goals and keeping you focused on achieving them. He puts the customer first and is a pleasure to work with.

I would like to thank Doich once again; I continue to follow his program and I have increased my tenacity even further. Lately I am emphasizing on the interval trainings with the 8-12 seconds system and my body is paying back!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The pricing system is simple. The most expensive component is my time spend personally with a client. That is why I am offering different ways to use this the most effective way. For example I can teach clients to do a resistance training routine give them all the instructions and tools to follow it safely and allow the to workout unassisted for a period of time. Then repeat with a different program. This can cost as low as $30 a week.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I meet with the client in person to talk about his/her goals, schedule, budget, preferences. After the meeting I suggest a Personal Training plan that is based on the clients schedule and budget. We go on with our plan from there. I can work with any budget and schedule.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am constantly learning and attending courses. I recently complete first level of Ti Chi and continuing with the second.
