I have been training with Doych for two and one-half years. I began with in-home sessions that has turned my life around. I journal each day with whatever type of exercise I do for each day. Doych's professionalism is outstanding. He pushes you to take you to the best fitness level possible...always willing to accommodate an exercise alternative, if necessary.

What I like about personal training with Doychin is that he quickly is able to assess your personal fitness level and design a workout that challenges you to meet your personal fitness goals (overall strength, aerobic conditioning, core vs. arms vs. legs,....)! He also challenges you to push yourself during each workout, but more importantly, monitors you in such a way not to push you above any unhealthy limit!

I would like to thank Doich once again; I continue to follow his program and I have increased my tenacity even further. Lately I am emphasizing on the interval trainings with the 8-12 seconds system and my body is paying back!!!

Doychin is a very good trainer and I have always enjoyed working with him. He is great at helping you set goals and keeping you focused on achieving them. He puts the customer first and is a pleasure to work with.
