I needed an appraisal on a large rug that I thought we couldn't use. I called the company and setup an appointment. The one thing that I use to judge a company is their ability to keep a schedule and show up on time. I was not let down. The rug belonged to my Mother and to sell it is not easy. The representative not only gave me an appraisal but looked at our rooms and found a new use for the rug that we had not considered. I'm happy with my experience.
