If you are ready to take the steps, so are we… How do we do this? *Remote Work* - We Use Video We have been working with clients remotely to a high degree of success and they love it. You will need access to a gym with dumbbells and/or a barbell. :) 1. We Assess. 2. Look at goals. 3. Plan. 4. Make workable small changes. 5. Repeat. *We take on clients for 21 days initially. **After that we take on for 90 Days at a time.

Paul is a very motivated, hard working, knowledgeable and fun trainer. He will help you work to get you to what ever physical goal you are looking to accomplish. Makes the work outs fun and scaled to your needs. While he serious about your getting you to your goals, he is very approachable and kind. Would highly recommend as he helped me accomplish a lot of my goals and gave me a lot of knowledge that I still use today.

Having been a trainer myself 20 years ago, it was amazingly refreshing to work with someone who really knows cross-training. Paul's ability to adapt to different ages helped me feel more comfortable in the class.
