DeVonte has been extremely helpful with getting me back on track and exceeding my expectations when it came to a plan that directly attacks my goals. Being a virtual client doesn’t change the way he approaches his thought process and is still extremely responsive when I need help. Coming back from injury he has helped me with my workouts, diet, and he mows how to motivate me on those tougher days. I am striving towards greatness and getting back into my athletic build and would 100/10 recommend DeVonte as a personal trainer. He actually cares about his clients and you can tell.

Devonte is really good at what he does, I felt very valued as a person he listened to what I had to say and recommended good stretches that worked with me. He got me using my arms more.
