- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our per visit pricing always includes our convenient online tools. Clients have access to the convenience of scheduling pet care visits on our website via their client portal. They also pay via the client portal and track pet visits as well as communicate with the office and their pet care provider. Our pet care journals are updated after each visit and includes pictures of the pet, gps tracking of the times pet sitters arrived and departed. We believe this gives the additional peace of mind to pet parents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a meet and greet with new clients at no charge. We want to make sure that all new clients are their pets are comfortable with the pet sitter. Our goal is to match the pet sitter to the pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our pet sitters receive training on safety procedures prior to taking care of pets.
