- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon client needs, usually a fixed fee for a form 1040 with form W-2s, itemized deductions State and local filing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meet and greet, short interview about tax needs which includes me completing a short info sheet, review documents, prior tax returns (if not completed by our firm) answer any client questions, set an expected completion time, discuss expected fee, which is payable upon delivery of return
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
