- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $500 for basic 1040 and $700 for basic schedule C. Prices increase based on the complexity of your tax situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make this tax season the easiest one you’ve ever had. Here is a quick look at our 'Roadmap to Refund': The Quick Chat: I’ll start with a few easy questions to get the lay of the land. The Secure Drop: I’ll send over a private, encrypted link for you to upload your docs. No messy paperwork required! The Handshake: Once I review everything, I’ll send an Engagement Letter for you to e-sign so we can officially kick things off. The Deep Dive: I’ll get to work! If I hit a snag or need more info, I’ll give you a shout. The Result: I’ll let you know exactly what your refund looks like (or what’s owed). The Hand-off: If you’re getting a refund, my fees come right out of that—no out-of-pocket cost! If you happen to owe, we’ll settle up the fee before I hit 'send' to the IRS. The Finish Line: I’ll track your return until it’s fully processed and funded. Once the IRS checks out, I’m sending you a link to claim a free vacation! Pack your bags; you earned it."

I have been preparing taxes for family and friends for 5 years. The last 2 years I have partnered with a tax office and process tax returns for individuals and businesses throughout all 50 states!
