Grass roots took down two rather large dead ash trees. One of them was really a challenge but they got it down and cleaned up the mess. They came out the next day when I asked for an estimate and got right back to us. Didn't have to wait two or three weeks for them to do the job like some other estimates I received. We would definitely use them again. They are veterans trying to get their business built up. I would definitely use them again.

They removed a tree, two large bushes, trimmed multiple others bushes, and did some extra work around my yard and cleaned up great! Everything looks wonderful!

I was initially frustrated with trying to coordinate the weather and crew together to remove a 100+ year old sycamore tree (90+ ft in height). I had doubts about this whole process and if it would ever get done, but they proved me wrong! I have VERY HIGH expectations; Ben, Jeremiah, and crew exceeded them! The tree was about 15 feet from my house and their skilled climber, Billy did an exceptional job! Billy was so good at his trade, that he timed the cutting of the trunk perfectly. Once again I doubted if he had enough room or if it would hit my fence, but the cut was perfect! The crew worked the ENTIRE time without breaks=HARD WORK. I had doubts if they were going to get all the sticks, but AGAIN they exceeded my expectations. If I had to give a suggestion.. I would suggest they have equipment to better equip bigger tasks, but then again they need customers to generate revenue to invest in better capability. HIRE THEM! I'm 99.9% sure you won't be disappointed.
