Jason came out to the house for a free inspection. He spent a great deal of time thoroughly investigating the house. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The report he presented was detailed. He was patient with my questions and thoroughly explained the repair options that are available to me. It is worth having this company out and giving them a look!

I had a basement inspection done after a very heavy rainfall. I had Vince stop by and do a thorough inspection inside and out. He was very transparent and professional I highly recommend this company.

Joe came in and installed the unit with no issues was in and out within 25 minutes. Showed me the unit after it was installed and explained how it works.

Writing this after agreeing to work and scheduling. I will revise once work is completed.Vince was very professional; he spent about 4-5 total hours with me between the initial inspection, answering any and all questions, going through their sales deck, and then explaining every step of the closing/scheduling process for me. As a fellow salesperson myself, I'm thoroughly impressed with the whole process.I feel very informed about the issues in my basement, why I need the services suggested, why they're better than their competition (quite a few patents), and what next steps look like. I'm sure there's less expensive options out there - but I don't think there's any who have both the full-range capabilities they have, their reputation, and also the sales/consulting process of how they apply to your home.Based on what he told me, their proven solutions, and these other reviews - I'm confident my issues will be resolved for the next 20-30+ years. Again though, I'll report back once the work is done.P.s. for those reading the one star reviews like I did; a bulk of them are for scheduling conflicts because they need spouses involved. I'm single, but part of the financing process is verification of home ownership. This, plus the high price tag, are likely why they need any spouses/co-owners present - it helps make sure there's no surprises later in the process (think about how much time they've wasted on inspections or scheduling because spouses/co-owners are in disagreement with each other.
