Mike went above and beyond. He followed up with my request and left a voicemail for me to return the call. I had a same-day request for service, and he was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Not only was he efficient and punctual, but he also took the time to address all of my questions and concerns regarding outlet safety. What impressed me the most was his excellent communication skills throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood the work being done. Additionally, his attention to detail was outstanding. He carefully placed the outlet exactly where I needed it for the placement of my mounted television. I called U.S. Electric to replace an outside electrical outlet and to replace a porch light. They came right away, showed up on time, and got the job done. Electrical repairs can be very expensive but their prices were reasonable. I sure am glad I found them. Thank you so much U.S. Electric

I highly recommend U.S. Electric. Mike, and Adam were professional, prompt, and did an awesome job for me. I needed to add an outdoor outlet for my new outdoor sump pump. Also, while they were here and we were talking about the original outdoor job I needed, I mentioned my outlets in my laundry room not being GFI. They offered to replace those as well with GFCI outlets. So they added that to what I needed and had the job done quickly. I will use them again in the future and have already recommended them to my friends.
