I am a Masters-level Reading Intervention Teacher with over a decade of experience supporting struggling readers of all ages. I specialize in multisensory, systematic instruction designed to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with dyslexia. My approach is research-based and rooted in the science of reading. I hold a Master’s degree in Literacy and Second Language Studies and have extensive experience in teaching reading, writing, and language development. I am highly skilled in tailoring instruction to individual learning profiles, ensuring that my students gain the confidence and strategies they need to succeed. In addition to my instructional work, I have experience in writing and editing across a wide range of genres, further strengthening my ability to support writers and learners at all levels. My certifications and training are as follow: -Ohio K-12 Intervention Specialist professional license -Ohio PreK-3 early childhood professional license, with grades 4-5 endorsement and TESOL endorsement -Wilson Reading Systems level 1 certified dyslexia practitioner
