RGV responded quickly to my project. Danny was kind and worked around my crazy schedule. When the work was complete he checked in on my satisfaction. As a single mother, this was a huge help! I was beyond pleased! The job RGV completed for me was not one a stranger walking by would notice but it was necessary to prevent further damage. They never left a mess of materials and had I not been paying attention I would have never known they were there! Thank you RGV! When I save up I plan to use them again for some remodeling!

I contacted Danny for a quote back in the spring for a deck project that, over time, morphed into a concrete project and then later became a totally different concrete project. Every time I contacted him to ask about doing it a different way or in a different location, he responded very promptly with estimates and information. I was in touch with him off and on over a six-month period of time, and he never once complained about the revisions I requested or seemed put off by the changes. We did not ultimately hire RGV Contracting for reasons that have nothing to do with Danny or his team. Danny was very professional and responsive to our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential services are current and competitive with the state of Ohio fair labor and prices as well as local market cost. Our insurance work is based on current established insurance pricing for materials and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial customer meeting, I determine what the customer's project involves and what he expects, then I put an estimate together, email it and then schedule a second meeting that usually results in getting hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend manufacturer's training workshops where we are constantly updated on installation technics and procedures as well as keep current with safety and construction codes.
