Jay was awesome. He was very professional. He went out within a few days, power washed my rental property. It looks so much better. I highly recommend Jay for power washing and I would feel comfortable using him again for other upcoming projects.

The work was explained fully and, once begun, done quickly. The result is actually a little better than we expected in terms of appearance. We're considering Jay for other jobs at our home and at property in the city owned by my wife and her sister.

Jay was very easy to communicate with and we were really happy with his work and professionalism. Jay cut into the wall between our dining room and kitchen in order to build out a butcher block island/peninsula. We felt very comfortable having Jay in our home and will definitely use him again in the future.
